Message from our District Govenor, Jim Stagl
Hello Distric G Lions. We are embarking on the last half of our lions year and I will be resuming club visits. I will be concentrating first on the Highway 97 corridor clubs. I will be contacting club presidents with the dates I plan to visit and will also post them here. Looking ahead we see that we need to concentrate on increasing our membership not only with new members but with new or branch clubs. Areas of particular interest are Bend, Culver, Sun River, Richland and Warm Springs. If anyone has contacts in any of these towns we would appreciate you sending them to us.
Convention will be here soon and we are anticipating a high turnout. We have an excellent venue at Eagle Crest Resort and the comittee has put together an awesome program. So get your registration in and prepare to have a great time. You can find a registration form here, or in the January Oregon Lion magazine or from your club president.
